Tiddington edged home by three runs against Oxford Downs in a thrilling nPower Village Cup second-round tie on Sunday.
In a titanic clash between two former Oxfordshire champions, Tiddington made 220 all out from their 40 overs, with John Mackie contributing 85.
A rapid 62 from Danny Lee kept Downs in touch, but they lost three late wickets to finish on 217-7.
Chris Eaton was left on an agonising 99 not out while guiding Aston Rowant to a nine-wicket victory over OCA League side Stonesfield.
Rob Garrett was the lone star for Stonesfield with an unbeaten 93 out of their 163-7.
However, Rowant passed the total in the 29th over thanks to the unlucky Eaton.
One man to make a century was Warborough & Shillingford's Andy Hobbs, who scored exactly 100.
But he was on the losing side as they went down by four runs in a tense game against Long Hanborough.
