West Witney, runners-up in the Oxford & District League Cup last summer, suffered a shock defeat against Shiplake in the preliminary round of this year's competition.
Oxford City & County A swept aside Charlbury, while Begbroke edged out Hanborough.
The first round of the competition, which is sponsorsed by S&J Timms Cleaning Services, a business run by league chairman Sammy Timms, takes place tonight.
Now in its third year, the competition has attracted an increased entry of 19 teams from all four divisions.
1st round (tonight): Woodstock v Banbury Central B, Witney Town v Thame, Florence Park v Oxford City & County B, Banbury Chestnuts v Begbroke, Oxford City & County A v Carterton, Kidlington A v Banbury Central A, Headington v Kidlington B, Witney Mills v Shiplake.
