OXFORD Harlequins director of rugby Matt Maudsley has admitted he may not be at the South West 1 club next year.
Maudsley may now look to for a new challenge after the team fell well short of their National League ambitions.
He said: "I'm considering my options. For the moment I'm still there, helping the club work out what's going to be happening next year.
"I said I would do what I can for five years and try and get them into the National League and that time is up."
Quins are hoping to make changes to their structure to help the team develop.
Maudsley added: "We are trying to get things sorted, but if they don't improve I may leave."
