Oxfordshire coach John Brodley has chosen 12 Chinnor players in his starting line-up for tomorrow's opening Pool 3 clash with Hampshire at Kingsey Road (3).
Brodley, who steered Chinnor to the South West 1 title, stressed he was rewarding those who have shown commitment to the county in past seasons.
He said: "The team is Chinnor-dominated because they are the best players that are available. That's the bottom line.
"Newbury have got two teams out on Saturday, Henley are playing Waterloo and Oxford Harlequins are on tour in Budapest.
"We will look to bring in other players as and when they become available."
Oxon's entire pack is comprised of Chinnor players, which should help their set-piece execution.
The Chinnor contingent include teenage winger Jamie Hiscock, who scored four tries at Spartans last week, making his debut.
Others making their Oxon bow are South African hooker JP Immelman and New Zealanders Raakai Maxwell and Rewi Tolich.
Quins skipper Andy Noyce and scrum half Anthony Cope also start, but flanker Jamie Cope is on the Budapest tour.
No 8 Paul Hennessy, who captained Oxfordshire in their last Twickenham appearance in 2003, returns as skipper.
Another player home fans will be familiar with is Reading fly half James Cathcart, who left Chinnor last summer.
After last season's relegation, Oxon are now in the Plate, the lowest rug of the county ladder, and Brodley is optimistic they can go all the way.
"I'm confident that we can put out some very strong teams," he said.
"You never know exactly how organised other counties will be, so it becomes a little bit of a lottery.
"In club rugby you know what the opposition's likely tactics will be, but it is harder to plan in the county game."
As for his selection, Brodley added: "I would also have had a look at some of the under 20s, but they have their semi-final up in Yorkshire."
