Witney sealed the Oxford & District League's Division 1 title after a 2-1 home win over Thame B.
Victory saw them hold off County A in second, while HCC A took the Division 2 crown ahead of Ashton.
Tom Fletcher (+80) gave Thame B an encouraging start at Witney, defeating Chris Warren (+100) 150-134.
But Terry Cook (+30) outscored Peter Hewkes (+110) 200-169, making two 22-breaks and Gavin Wright (+20) sealed the match 200-171 against Nigel Bossom (+60).
Two-man County A still defeated Eynsham 2-1.
James Thorpe (Scr) beat Mick McCluskey (+90) 200-180 and Lewis Bland (+100) saw off Roy Gascoyne (+110) 100-82 before Ken Leach (+90) gained a walkover.
Ashton enjoyed a 3-0 away win over Thame A with Keith Maskens (+60) defeating Mark Syrrett (+60) 150-122.
Peter Fenn (+80) took care of Mark Boyson (+100) 150-121 and captain Terry Chambers (-10) beat opposite number Paul Evans (+40) 200-144.
Geoff Barratt (+100) was in fine form as HCCA won 2-1 at Oracle, compiling breaks of 22 and 29 to beat Richard Connerty (+80) 150-81.
John Williams (+80) defeated Ted Milsom (+50) 150-138, but Oracle's Jack Woods (+90) ousted Terry Walsh (+80) 150-99.
Fieldside whitewashed Morris Motors 3-0 with Norman Woodcock (+70) pipping Roger Tomlin (+50) 150-140.
Paul Robinson (-20) made two breaks of 30 to defeat Doug Baker (+60) 200-152, and Bob Chivers (-40) saw off Bob Hayward (+60) 200-185.
CCC B surprised their A team colleagues 2-1, thanks to wins from Brian Mabbutt (+10) and Ken Olive (+60).
