Thame United's chairman, Jake Collinge, came on in the last few minutes he was sponsored £250 to do so and helped his side earn a rare win, as the beat Rushall Olympic 3-1 in Southern League Divvision 1 West last night.
He caused problems in the visitors' penalty box as Anthony Hamilton struck in the 88th and 90th minutes.
Gavin Lane had opened the scoring after half an hour, volleying into the top corner from the edge of the box.
Rushall levelled through McCarton in the 86th minute and in a madcap final few minutes, when it was 2-1, Thame goalkeeper Paul Searl saved a penalty.
Neil Webb did not appear.
