CHINNOR Under 13s finished in fourth place at Aylesbury's ten-a-side tournament after a strong start.
Their first three matches saw victories over the hosts (19-0), Drifters (24-0) and Leighton Buzzard (17-0).
With tries from Jack Benson (3), Dan Bartlett (2), Mitch Cann, Adam Roberts, James Lindsay, James Percival and Edward Sharkey and five conversions from Ben Carrington, they looked unbeatable.
Tiredness crept in as Chinnor lost 19-10 to Bletchley in the semis and 7-5 to Buckingham in the play-off.
* BICESTER Under 14s completed the double when they won the Oxfordshire tens title at Banbury.
Their 12-0 final defeat of Chinnor followed victory over Oxford to claim the county 15-a-side crown.
Jonathan Humphreys was named Bicester's player of the tournament after scoring eight tries.
