HENLEY Hawks survived being reduced to 13 men to record a 16-10 home victory over Blackheath in National 2.
No 8 Dave Archer and flanker Matt Hulland were both sin-binned as Blackheath rallied from 16-3 down after the break.
But referee Glen O'Hara had the last word when he red-carded visiting hooker Rob Webber for swatting his opposite number Ian Gibbons and finally yellow-carded Henley lock Matt Payne.
While Hawks lost winger Chaska Loubers to a broken ankle in midweek, injuries deprived Blackheath of centre Will Wigram and full back Frankie Neale inside 20 minutes.
By the time Neale was stretchered off, Henley were 10-3 up after winger Chris Simmons's tenth try of the season.
Payne, Mitch Burton and Dave Tibbott created space for Simmons to score, with Burton adding the conversion to his earlier penalty.
Neale had kicked Blackheath's only points with a penalty.
Burton slotted two more penalties either side of the break, while replacement James Bull was sin-binned for the visitors.
AJ Delport converted a try from winger Roman Piotrowski, but man-of-the-match James Gaunt kept Blackheath at bay with some clever kicking.
Meanwhile, a try from Luke Rosier and a penalty from Simon Durnford could not stop Henley Wanderers losing 17-8 at Marlow in South West 2 East.
