Witney were crowned Chiltern League Champions following a superb team effort in the final round gala at Dunstable on Saturday.
At the halfway stage, Witney had built up a healthy lead with many of their swimmers producing personal bests.
And they carried on to finish 49 points ahead of runners-up Linslade.
Storming efforts from Marc Colling in the 10 & under events earned him the swimmer-of-the-match award.
Amie Wigley, winner of the ladies' open breaststroke, and Rosie Cable, who took the girls' 12 & under breaststroke, performed strongly.
Other Witney winners were Fiona Watters, Melissa Wilmshurst, Tanja Wolf, Annabel Headley, Leah Gorman, Amy-Louise Harris, Yolanda Speare, Kate Herbert, Tom Mayho and Simon Possee.
Final result: Witney 234, Linslade 185, Leighton Buzzard 155, Dunstable 154, Flitwick 139, Hemel Hempstead 137.
Abingdon Vale came second in the final Chiltern League Division 2 gala at Hemel Hempstead.
Although leading at half-way with 76 points, Vale had to settle for runners-up spot, 12 points behind Newport Pargnell.
Maximum points for Vale were gained by Tim Blackman (14 & under 50m backstroke), Richard Field (open 100m backstroke), Tim Gladstone (14 & under breaststroke) and the girls 14 & under 25m medley relay team of Sarah Machin, Hannah Curtis Imogen Webb and Rachel Wood.
Final results: Newport Pagnell 178, Abingdon Vale 166, Kettering 160 Bourne End 159, Putteridge 159, Hemel Hempstead 153.
