RT Harris Oxford City FA: Wheatley 04 were celebrating after completing the double with a penalty shoot-out victory against Crown & Thistle in the final of the Premier Cup at Rover Cowley.
It goes with the league title they won last week in only their first season.
Crown were reduced to ten men after one of their players was given a straight red card.
But despite the odds, Crown took the lead when their player-manager Darren Kinch headed them in front early in the second half after the first period ended goalless.
Daniel Smith then equalised before Adel Fawaz fired them in front with a left-foot volley.
However, with only seconds left, Kevin Brandon levelled to send the game into extra-time.
After extra time ended goalless it went down to the lottery of penalties.
With Wheatley keeper Erion Emeri having two saves disallowed for moving before the kick was taken.
Up stepped the league's top scorer Tony Cuizo to blast in the winning penalty for Wheatley, to complete the double.
