Oxford Harlequins director of rugby Matt Maudsley is urging his players to finish the season on a high, starting with Sunday's final.
Quins secured their South West 1 status with an encouraging 34-15 home victory over Penryn on Saturday.
And Maudsley wants his men to build on that against Witney and at Weston-super-Mare the following week.
He said: "We want to put in a totally convincing performance against Witney because it will be really good for us to finish on a high.
"I'm sure the players will be really fired up for it. Any cup final is a special day.
"Witney are going to put up a hard contest. There's always been a battle between the two sides since I've been involved with Quins.
"They will be very keen to put one over on us. I'm sure they will put up a real fight."
Quins have had a real up and down season despite victories over Chinnor in the cup and Weston in the league.
If they can reproduce the form they showed against Penryn, they should prove too strong for Witney.
Maudsley said: "We had a great second half. It was a really good performance, especially as they had bulked up with a lot of guys who were capable of playing at a higher level.
"We still want to put one over on Weston in our last game. We have a very strong squad for that one as well."
Quins field their first-choice centre pairing of Andy Henley and Charlie Mawle, while skipper Andy Noyce is set to start on the wing.
Ironically, Henley, who is their leading try-scorer, was controversially suspended for the original game.
TICKETS for Sunday's clash cost £5 (adults), £3 (concessions) or £1 (under 12s), but fans producing programmes from the original date, April 1, can get in free.
Gates and bars open at 1.30pm and parking is limited.
