Morrells of Oxford Sunday:
Luke Holden bagged a brace as Six Bells Kidlington reached the final with a 4-1 victory against Wolvercote.
Bells went ahead midway through the first half when Danny Mason headed home.
Just before the break, Bells doubled their advantage through Lee Cooke.
Holden fired in No 3 and although Daniel Leggett pulled one back for Wolvercote, Holden's second sealed it.
They will meet Cold Arbour after the defending champions edged to a 1-0 win against Premier Division rivals Highfield.
Arbour got the winner when Jefferson Harriet's corner was deflected into their own net by a Highfield defender.
