Julian McCalmon hammered a hat-trick as Nelson moved to the brink of the Premier Division championship by completing the double over last year's champions Highfield with a convincing 5-1 victory on Tuesday night.
Highfield got off to a flier when Wayne Blossom fired the opener early on The Nelson took control and a Julian McCalmon hat-trick and double from Craig Hambridge secured the points.
Steve Gaughan, Tom Gaughan, Neil Conway, Nick Green and Ronnie Kababwe were on target as Oxford Yellows thrashed Bullnose Morris 5-0.
In Sunday's games, Real KEA fought back from a goal down as they they made it four successive victories with a 3-1 success against Division 2 rivals OSI.
Trailing 1-0, they hit back in the second half in style with goals from Lewis McGowan, Paul Holloway and Neil Tattersall.
Rob Cantwell and Nick Skiller bagged a brace apiece as Chalgrove thrashed Railway Wheatley Res 6-1.
Lee Cantwell and an own goal completed the rout, Dan Powell netting Railway's reply.
A hat-trick from Steve Sneath helped Iffley Harriers to demolish Mansfield Road Res 6-0.
Wayne Cox, with a double, and Richard Turner his first for the club were also on target.
