Wesley Lewis hit the late winner Launton Sports kept up their bid for Premier Division honours with a 3-2 victory at Chadlington.
After a goalless first half, Derek Bluett opened the scoring for Launton with a shot into the top corner. Chris Forde then levelled.
Donaldson restored Launton's lead from the penalty spot after being brought down, with substitute Adam Robson levelling.
But with just a minute left, Lewis got the winner.
Although Launton are third they have two games in hand on leaders Oxford University Press.
Ronnie Williams hit a brace as Rover Cowley beat Bardwell 5-0.
Luke Bremner fired Rover ahead with a long-range strike before Williams headed home his first to double the lead.
On half-time Williams lobbed the keeper for No 3.
After the break, Louis George hit a fourth with substitute Lance Williams No 5.
Eynsham drew 1-1 against Garsington.
Michael Bateman put Garsington in front, with Steve Green equalising.
John Hudson, Nigel Coleman, Stuart Webber and Gary Duckett were on target as Marston Saints won 4-0 at Division 1 rivals Yarnton.
Away from the league, Marston Saints reached the final of the Ivor Gubbins Cup with a 2-0 win against Watlington Res, thanks to goals from Darren Smith and Danny Sharif.
Marston will meet Haddenham Res after they beat Berinsfield Res 3-1, David Hawes, Simon Ellis and Will Smail the scorers.
Kidlington Old Boys Res reached the Clarendon Cup final with a 1-0 win at Launton Res, John Richards the scorer. They now meet Garsington Res who beat Horspath Res 3-2.
