Chinnor have become Oxfordshire's second National League club after securing the South West 1 title with a 30-13 victory over Maidenhead on Saturday.
They will play in National Division 3 South next season, just one league below the county's leading club, Henley Hawks.
A second-half surge saw Chinnor rack up 30 unanswered points at Kingsey Road on Saturday and win the division with a match to spare.
Coach John Brodley said: "I'm absolutely delighted that all our hard work has come to fruition.
"When you set yourselves certain aims and landmarks throughout the year and then you achieve them, it's incredibly satisfying.
"We had a couple of slip-ups, losing at Reading Abbey and Maidenhead, but these are always going to happen.
"But we showed great character to win at Weston-super-Mare two weeks ago and again when we went 13-0 down today, we didn't panic."
There were scenes of mass jubilation after Saturday's impressive victory, with the party atmosphere continuing well into the evening.
