Harwell International reached the final of the War Memorial Cup with a 2-0 extra-time win against Long Wittenham Athletic.
Goals from Lee Chapman and Dave Bartlett sealed victory after the sides were locked at 0-0 at full time.
They now meet Third Division Bampton Town in the final at Wantage Town on Friday, April 23, who pulled off a shock 6-1 win against Division 2 high-fliers Grove Rangers.
George Seacole scored twice along with Dan Oyston, Ady Holder and Tom Boot, while Jon Newton netted for Grove.
Division 1 leaders Saxton Rovers hammered Division 2 East Hendred 6-1 to set up a North Berks Cup semi-final meeting with Benson AFC.
Danny Parry, Steve Pitson, Wayne Harbert, Garry Hartley, Mike Beal and Matt Shelton netted for Saxton, with Chris Beesley replying for Hendred.
Meanwhile, in Division 1, second place Crowmarsh Gifford won 4-2 against Faringdon Town, with goals from Phil Hedges (2), Andy Alum and Paul Hannigan.
Derren Harrington and Steve Aley netted for Faringdon.
AFC Wallingford’s Tom Collins proved too potent for Harwell Village as he scored a double in their 2-1 victory. Lawrence Hoey scored for Harwell.
A Billy Warner brace helped Drayton to a 2-1 success against Lambourn Sports for whom Dan Crawford netted.
Didcot Casuals thrashed Wootton & Dry Sandford 4-1, with goals from Ross Tyler, Dan Cox-Rogers, Nathan Morris and Liam Corrigan.
George Casserly hit back for Wootton.
Leaders Childrey United won 2-0 at Steventon thanks to strikes from Steve Vaux and Dan Cannings.
Botley United made it four league games without defeat with a 2-1 success at Marcham, with Chris Potter and Steve Doyle on target, Gary Harris finding the net for Marcham.
Faringdon Town Res ran out 3-1 winners to leapfrog Hanney United at the top of Division 3, with strikes from Ben Henly, Ross Edwards and Liam Humphreys.
Eamonn McGowran and Lee Shann hit hat-tricks as Challow United crushed Appleton Stars 15-0 in Division 4.
James Bowsher and Mark Pryde netted doubles, with strikes from Mark Malcolm, Ollie Floyd, Jason McDowall, Simon Parker and an Aaron Swain own goal completing the rout.
Leaders Stanford in the Vale thrashed Didcot Casuals Res 7-2 to practically guarantee the title.
James Baker (3), Jamie Hopgood, Jason Evans, Ross MacDonald and Adam Clay wrapping it up.
Jamie Dutton and Glyn McGibbon replied for Didcot.
Adam Bailey smashed a six-timer for Long Wittenham Athletic Res as they thrashed basement boys Challow United Res 14-3 in Division 5.
Oliver Saunders, with a hat-trick, Dave Jones (2), and Tommy Young were among their other scorers.
Luke Alder and Ben Hummel replied for Challow.
