Ten minutes from time, Watlington’s John Little was dismissed for a professional foul on Nick Harrison, but Slade were unable to take advantage from the resulting free-kick.
Quainton curled the ball into the corner for his second to seal it for Watlington.
Broughton & North Newington hammered Eynsham Res 5-0 at home, thanks to a hat-trick from Karl Tucker.

Meanwhile, Ben Hookham hit a brace for Charlton Res in their 3-1 win at Watlington Res in the Supplementary Cup.
Sam Houlihan got the other, with Ben Hookham replying.
