SUBSTITUTE Matt Green headed a dramatic injury-time winner as Oxford United beat Gateshead 2-1 at the Kassam Stadium to record their first win in six matches.
James Constable had fired them into a 52nd-minute lead, only for Graeme Armstrong to equalise four minutes later.
But the U's stay second, with leaders Stevenage winning 3-0 at Crawley.
Luton, in third, closed the gap in goal difference on Oxford with a thumping 8-0 win over Hayes & Yeading.
