Premiership players and former Bicester juniors Jon Goodridge and Andy Gom-arsall are set to feature in the club’s sevens tournament on Sunday, May 2.
It is hoped the Leeds Car-negie pair will play in the Bicester Old Boys team as they defend the Trevor Goodridge Trophy won in the inaugural event.
Former Bicester mini and junior chairman, Tony Walton is compiling the team.
He said: “I have confirmation that Jon Goodridge and hopefully Andy Gomarsall, will turn out for the old boys team again this year.
“However a couple of last year’s players are unavailable or retired, and I am on the lookout for any Bicester mini and junior old boy who would like to take part.
“It doesn’t matter if they aren’t playing regularly, the aim is to get together former players for a sociable event.”
The eight-team tournament will start at 11am with round robin qualifiers leading to a final at about 5 pm. A barbecue and bar will be open all day.
Interested players can call Walton on 07771 885485.
