Joel King bagged a brace, with Wayne Forest and Russ Winstone also on target.
Jack Morton and Martin Latimer replied for Ducklington, who now trail the leaders by nine points.
Charlbury saw off Combe 3-1 to continue their challenge for the runners-up spot.
Bruce Claridge, Matt Holloway and Andrew Woodley scored their goals, with Tim Wyatt on target for Combe.
Minster Lovell saw off West Witney 3-0 to boost their hopes of avoiding relegation.
Ben Tew and Cody Davies were on target, while Ed Dunn, who scored an own goal last week, found the right net this time around to wrap up the points.
Brize Norton lost 2-0 to Kingham All Blacks, Dan Davies and Sam Tyak scoring the goals.
A strike from Dave Cross gave Witney Royals a 1-0 win over Hanborough.
Wychwood Forest thump-ed Hanborough Res 7-1 to stay clear at the top of Division 1.
Dan Sollis notched a treble, with John Smales (2), Adam Harris and Mike Bolt also on target.
Pete Andrews netted Han-borough’s goal.
FC Chequers maintained their challenge with a 2-0 win over FC Mills, thanks to strikes from Kevin Davies and Steve Foster.
A Chris Thomas hat-trick helped AC Finstock to a 4-2 win at Brize Norton Res.
Manuel Rodigues scored their other goal, while Dan Tasker and Matt Jupp were on the mark for Brize.
Chad Park continued their surge towards the Division 2 title with a 2-1 victory over Two Rivers.
Martin Plumbridge and Adam Tinkham netted Chad Park’s goals, with Pawel Bronk replying.
Witney Royals A kept up the pressure with a 4-3 win at Ducklington.
Lee Litton, Mark Hawkins and Dave Baker netted for the hosts, but a Karl Shepherd treble and a goal from Jamie Kennedy gave Royals the points.
Youngster Tom McCudden smashed a five-timer as Stanton Harcourt demolished Spartan Rangers A 13-3 in Division 3.
Tom Gerkin scored four times, with Jake Woodcock, George Woodcock, Billy Jones and Mark Godden scoring the others.
Will Cook netted a treble for Spartan.
Matt Knight came off the bench to score a hat-trick as FC Chequers Res crushed hapless Milton Res 9-0.
Tom Gonzales (2), Chris Owen, Adam Izzard, Anthony Barlow and Ben Davies scored the others.
