North Leigh had a day to forget as Matt Taylor missed a penalty and Ben Reardon was sent off in their defeat at Taunton Town.
The visitors were unable to recover from conceding three first half goals.
North Leigh in their fourth game in eight days, struggled on a heavy, energy-sapping pitch, with Alexis Piper firing Taunton ahead.
The visitors, who were without Stuart Hole, battled back and levelled when Matty Taylor’s pull-back from the byline was volleyed in by Reardon from the edge of the six yard box.
Minutes later, Taylor missed a penalty, after Darren Rice handled in the area.
And they were made to pay when John Harris restored the hosts’ lead.
And their woes increased when Rodney Marsh made it 3-1 with a superb free-kick.
Chris Allen had a shot saved by Lloyd Irish as the half ended.
North Leigh tried to get back into the game after the break, forcing a succession of corners, but Irish saved from Karl Dodds and then denied Aaron Posey and Taylor.
Five minutes from time, Reardon was shown a red card for a raised elbow to compound North Leigh’s misery.
