Hooker Simon Tattersall is set to play his first match since October when Chinnor host Exmouth in National 3 South West on Saturday.
The former Henley player has been out of action with a shoulder injury, but his return has proved very timely.
Chinnor head coach Jason Bowers said: “We were looking to give him a run-out in the seconds, but Alan Cawston and Matt Webster are both away, so he comes straight in.
“He has been out for about 18-19 games, but he has been working really hard for the last 14 or 15 weeks.
“He has kept his fitness up really well and has been doing full contact for the last three weeks in training.”
Locks Sam Blewitt and Sam Black, who has been out with a broken nose, both return, while back-row forward Liam Gilbert is away.
Fly half Mark Chase is added to the backline.
Oxford Harlequins director of rugby John Brodley says they have a “shed-load of injuries” as they prepare to host Reading.
No 8 Jason Welburn (shin) and wing Xavier Andre (ankle) are both doubtful, while wings Huw Jones and Will Spencer are definitely out injured.
Flanker Tim Knapp has teaching commitments, while Brodley is hopeful centre Dom Maley will be fit.
Scrum half Nick Haydon returns, with either Kenny Sewell or Jeff Stewart starting alongside him at fly half.
Full back Graham Crapper returns, while Luke Buckingham and Ollie Rees are added as back-row cover.
Brodley added: “We are using the whole squad as we said we would and we are still getting wins.
“Reading are fighting to stay in the league, so will be very tough opposition, but we will go out there and try and impose our game on them.
“We would be really delighted if we could win the next two games and go into the Taunton game looking to finish third.”
Centre Ali James returns in place of Neil Baggett as Henley Hawks host Clifton in National 2 South.
Alex Penny replaces Jim Hadfield (unavailable) at tight-head prop, while Alex Dupee comes in for Jack Hennings at blindside flanker.
Adam Holloway has recovered from injury to resume at No 7 in place of Charlie Thompson.
