Henley Hawks suffered defeats in two entertaining clashes against Argentinian tourists Curupayti, from Buenos Aires, at Dry Leas.
Hawks’ 1st XV Select went down 20-13, while their second side lost 24-7.
In the first match, Ezequiel Lopez, Marcal Ferigo and Sebastien Sporleder scored Curupayti’s tries, Hernan Zurini converting one and adding a penalty.
Arron Ross and Jack Matthews touched down for Henley, Jayde Cruickshank kicking a penalty.
In the second match, Adrian Smith bagged Henley’s try, with Sam Quelch converting.
