Paul Sanders hammered a treble as Shrivenham A stayed on course to retain the North Berks League's Nairne Paul Trophy by reaching the final after a 3-1 extra-time win against Marcham Res.
Goals from Sanders and Matty Wall saw the teams level at 1-1 after normal time.
But Sanders netted twice more in extra time to set up a clash with Didcot Casuals Res at Abingdon United on May 1.
Didcot booked their place with a 3-1 win against East Hendred Res at Stanford in the Vale, thanks to goals from Jamie Dutton (2) and Liam Corrigan (penalty). Jason Fisher replied for Hendred.
Tom Collins bagged a brace as AFC Wallingford beat Didcot Casuals 3-2 in the quarter-finals of the North Berks Cup.
Tarome Hemmings was their other marksman, with JR Willis and Ben Sutton netting for Didcot.
Wallingford will now meet Second division Long Wittenham Athletic, who saw off Division 1 Crowmarsh Gifford, thanks to a Tim Barton hat-trick.

In league action, Saxton Rovers maintained their 100 per cent record in Division 1 with a 4-1 cruise at Drayton.
Adam Greenaway (2), Paul Druce and Benny Sutton found the net, with Danny Curran replying.
Faringdon Town thrashed bottom placed Warborough & Shillingford 10-2, with Peter Soane and Gary Sutton each scoring a hat-trick.
Martyn Hathaway (2), Steve Aley and Derren Harrington completed the rout, with Darren Smee and Ryan O’Neill on target for Warborough.
Harwell Village’s winning streak came to a halt in a surprise 2-1 defeat at home to Lambourn Sports for whom Simon Crayton and Matt Pedder netted.

In Division 2, Harwell International stretched their lead to six points with a 2-1 win at Steventon, with Stuart Head scoring two penalties to take all three points.
Second placed Childrey United drew 3-3 draw against Marcham, with Tom Weeks netting a hat-trick including two penalties.
Stuart Armstrong (2) and Lewis Hill replied.
Shane Blake’s hat-trick for bottom club Coleshill United was cancelled out by a similar treble by Mark Nichols for Botley United in an entertaining 3-3 draw.
Dave Arscott hit a double as Benson Lions knocked Faringdon Town Res off the top of Division 3 following a 2-1 victory. Richard Evans hit back for Faringdon.
Hanney United are the new leaders after beating Bampton 3-0, with James Bishop (2) and Joe Ledbury scoring.
Hagbourne United move up to third in Division 4 thrashing Coleshill United Res 6-1.
Luke Chambers (2), Brodie Edmunds, Nick Guiry, Richard Hathaway and Luke Ambler were on target, with Martin Chivers replying.
Division 5 leaders Bampton Town Res lost 3-2 at Didcot Casuals A who move up to second place.
Malcolm Currie, Luke Ridley and Chris Dean scored for Didcot with Matt Sharp netting twice for Bampton.
