Oracle A pulled off a shock 4-2 win against Premier Division leaders Fieldside A.

Frankie Merola gave Oracle the lead against Karl Walker in the opener, only for Walker to win the next.

Nino Merola then shared frames with Paul Robinson, before Pom Merola clinched victory against Mick Bennett.

Witney A thrashed New Club A 5-1, with wins from Gavin Wright, who hit a 53 break, and Ian Gee.

New Club’s only point came when Alan Mander shared frames with Colin Cutler.

Abingdon RBL A reached the semi-finals of the Buildbase Cup with a 4-2 success against East Oxford Con A.

Richard Saunders and Kevin Higgs won two frames each for Abingdon, while Tony Barresi hit back for Cons. New Club B saw off Abingdon Cons A.

Alan King and Derek Colchester-Hall traded the opening frames before Paul Moss got the better of John Dawson to put New Club 3-1 up.

Nigel Bossom then beat Vince Taylor in frame 5 to make it 4-1. The final frame was uncontested.
