MARIE-Anne Fischer of Headington Roadrunners ran her 50th Oxford Mail Cross Country League race at Shotover finishing in 71st position.
She is the first female Headington athlete to reach the landmark – and has done so in only ten seasons – not missing a race since her debut at Ascott-under-Wychwood in 2000.
Fischer recorded her best position of 23rd at Banbury in March 2002, while her worst position of 101st was at Culham in December 2009.
She has scored once for the Headington A team, 17 for the B team, 11 for the C team, 15 for the D team, four for the E team and once for the F and G teams.
