Headington 1 (Morbey 40)
A first-half goal by Liam Morbey was enough for Headington to secure victory against lowly Winterbourne in Division 1 West.
Adam Simmonds and Aftab Hafiz set up the goal for Morbey.
Winterbourne’s Nick Wat-ers rattled the crossbar with a header five minutes from time.
Launton Spts 1 (Green 20)
Lydney Tn 2 (Timmins 2, pen 5)
When they conceded two goals in the first five minutes, struggling Launton seemed to be heading for a hammering, but they fought back and were just edged out.
Matthew Timmins put Lydney ahead after two minutes and shortly afterwards added a penalty after being brought down by James Licesster.
Matt Green headed home from player-manager Jason Allen’s long throw for Launton, who defended superbly in the second half.
Wootton Bassett 1 (Philpott 40)
Clanfield 1 (Mayes 75)
Despite missing three regulars Clanfield secured a hard earned point at promotion hopefuls Wootton.
Clanfield keeper Chris Brain made a superb save from Sam Collier before Bassett took a first-half lead through Andy Philpott.
The equaliser came in the 75th minute after Kevin Brooks had been brought down on the edge of the box. Craig Mays outwitted the defence to head Steve Olph-erts free-kick into the net.
Letcombe 0
Slimbridge 0
An excellent defensive display gave Letcombe a point against title-chasing Slimbridge. The visitors dominated territorially for long periods, but Joe Kent and Mark de la Coze were outstanding the Letcombe defence Keeper Simon Byrne’s most anxious moment came when he saved well from his own defender de la Coze’s diving header!
Milton Utd 1 (Alleyne 54)
Chinnor 1 (Jones og 60)
Milton were denied all three points in Division 1 East by an own goal in the second half after Anthony Alleyne had put them in front.
Chinnor had not troubled the Milton keeper Steve Howe until the 60th minute when another long clearance up the field found defender Jamie Jones , who misdirected his header into an empty net.
