Chinnor head coach Jason Bowers insists they have nothing to lose when they visit National 3 South West leaders Taunton on Saturday.
The Somerset club have now won a remarkable 40 consecutive league games and appear nailed on to clinch the title.
But third-placed Chinnor are on a decent run of form themselves, prompting a degree of confidence from Bowers.
“The great thing about a run like that is that it has to come to an end,” said Bowers.
“We are not going there to make up the numbers. We are going there with expectation.
“We have played far better sides than Taunton in the last three years such as Ealing and London Scottish.
“We have got to have the same attitude we had against them.”
He added: “We’ve got nothing to lose, have we?
“We have been on a pretty good run other than the blip at Weston-super-Mare.
“We need to learn some lessons from the first game we played against them, although we had a very good first half.
“We can go there with hope of not just a losing bonus point, but winning.”
Hooker Matt Weabster, prop Ian Stock and wing James Serrano are added to the squad.
Prop Joe Winpenny and hooker Alan Cawston have “bumps and bruises”, while wing Ben Farr’s eye-socket injury is not as bad as first feared, so he could be fit.
Oxford University captain Nick Haydon will make his Oxford Harlequins debut at home to Weston-super-Mare.
The Australian starts at scrum half, with Anthony Cope moving to centre.
Adam Pearson and Alan Purchase come in at lock for Andy Boyle (family commitments) and Morgan Cross (arm injury).
Wing Xavier Andre is away.
Henley Hawks visit Southend in National 2 South, searching for some much-needed momentum.
Saturday’s postponed home game with Lydney meant they have played just once since December 12.
Centre Ali James starts, Will Fulton is preferred to James Comben at fly half and flanker Jack Hennings comes in.
