Youngsters from the Leadbitter Oxford Academy will get the chance to develop their skills in Bay of Plenty, New Zealand this summer.
A partnership has been set up, which will see Oxford players stay at the Bay of Plenty academy and turn out for local sides at weekends.
Oxford academy director John Brodley said: “We have identified one or two guys to go already.
“They will do gym and ball work through the day and, in the evening, train with a local club, who they will play for on the Saturday.
“It is quite a flexible arrangement and something we are excited about to offer our young players.”
Brodley added that he had already started recruiting for next season’s academy squad.
