Abingdon United assistant manager Darren Edwards says his side are anxious to get back to playing again after yet another postponement.
A frozen pitch put paid to Saturday’s Zamaretto Southern League Division 1 South & West home game against AFC Totton.
But officials are hopeful Tuesday night’s match against Taunton Town at Northcourt Road will go ahead.
“We had just got back into things following the long lay-off where we didn’t play a game for five weeks, so it was very frustrating,” said Edwards.
“We are not even halfway through the season, we’ve played only 19 games and we are already playing every Saturday and Tuesday already.”
North Leigh will be at full strength for their long trip to Bridgwater where they aim to make it three wins on the spin.
Banbury United are without a game in the Premier Division as scheduled opponents Swindon Supermarine are in Red Insure Cup action.
