It took extra-time and penalties to separate West Witney and Charlbury Town.
The teams were locked at 2-2 after extra-time with Jamie Goodwin and Alex Rackham netting for Witney and Craig McCallum and Andrew Woodley replying.
Charlbury edged through 4-3 on penalties.
Witney Royals eased to a 4-1 victory over Combe, thanks to goals from Dave Cross, Matt Thompson, Alex Coleman and Steve Brazier.
Meanwhile, RT Harris Oxford City FA side Cowley Crusaders beat Banbury outfit FC Naranja 2-1 after extra time.
Adam Smith and Craig Hambridge were on target.
