George Lawrence shone as Bodicote dispatched Chadlington by 35 runs.
He made an unbeaten 25 in their 143-3 and followed up with 3-25 as Chadlington made 108 in reply.
Maz Amos-Simpson and Luke Cherry both hits 30s for Cropredy, whose 124-3 was too much for Radway.
