Wallingford's six-match winning streak in South West 1 East came to an abrupt end with a 49-3 home defeat to leaders Cheltenham.
Cheltenham led with a try from Ben Constantine, Chris Surman converting.
Wallingford fly half Jackson Sayce slotted their only points with a penalty.
Tries from Jason Graham and Adam Pickford, plus Surman’s two conversions and a penalty made it 24-3.
Wallingford had prop Darren Small sin-binned in the second half, while tries from Pickford, Sam Hanks, Charles Daniell and Surman, who kicked five more points, sealed it.
Bicester suffered their 12th defeat in 12 Southern Counties North matches with a 45-0 reverse at Milton Keynes.
No 8 Adrian Teckoe had a try dissallowed for the visitors, who also saw centre Adam Spencer yellow-carded for stamping.
Phil Powell (2), Mike Lambert, Dave Matthews, Dan Pearson, Richard Hill and Neil Forton scored Keynes’ tries, with Mike Dean (3) and Powell (2) adding conversions.
