Yarnton RBL A pulled off a shock as the Division 4 side sent Buildbase Handicap Cup holders Eynsham B crashing out of the competition with a crushing 4-1 victory.
Yarnton’s John Parsons beat Kevin Truby 2-0, before Pete Astall shared frames with Dan Brooks. Mick Aust made it 4-1 against Tim Bowles.
Division 4 Cowley Conservatives C beat Premier Division side Riley A 4-1.
Cowley’s James Stone shared frames with Anthony Turner.
Simon Painter saw off Andy MacBryan 2-0. Doug Turner sealed it against Chris Stone.
Riley G from Division 3 beat Division 1 side Green Road A 5-1.
Luke Purcell saw Riley into a 2-0 lead against Mark Burns.
Andy Benwell won the next for Green Road, but was beaten by Lewis Moss. Ed Downey sealed it against Steve Benwell.
Cowley Workers A defeated Littlemore RBL B 4-2.
Darren Murray defeated Steven Bradbury to put Workers ahead, but Andy Claire beat Simon Walters to level.
Lee McAllister secured victory against David Bradbury.
New Club came from 3-0 down to beat Littlemore RBL4-3 on ‘sudden death’.
Mick Allen beat Nigel Bossom 2-0 and Richard Berry made it 3-0 against Paul Moss.
However, Moss replied to win the fourth and Allan King beat Steve Fitzgerald to level.
Bossom beat Allen in the decider to clinch victory.
Headington RBL saw off Riley H 4-3.
Joe Tims drew with Elaine Cox, before Fran Mapplethorpe beat Rybka to put Headington 3-1 up.
Simon Charles beat Tony Swatton, with Cox seeing off Rybka in the decider.
