Oxford United's FA Trophy tie against Woking was called off again following a 3pm pitch inspection on Tuesday.
Despite a fantastic effort from fans to clear the pitch of snow, referee John Farries found the ground was still rock hard and unplayable.
And with temperatures expected to fall by kick-off time, he decided the game would have to be postponed again.
It was due to have been played last Saturday but was called off the previous day because of a frozen pitch.
The winners of Oxford Utd v Woking are away to Chelmsford City or Crawley Town in the third round.
The U's will now be hoping for a thaw to enable their home league match against Tamworth to go ahead this Saturday.
