Oxford City suffered FA Cup heartbreak with a goal six minutes into injury time giving Burton Albion a dramatic 3-2 win in their first round clash at the Pirelli Stadium on Sunday.
Ryan Austin headed home from close range in the dying second to shatter City's Cup dreams, just minutes after Oxford defender Andy Ballard had been sent off for a second bookable offence.
It looked like City had done enough to earn a replay after Oxford Mail van driver Jamie Brooks made it 2-2 after 55 minutes with a header.
City had opened the scoring after six minutes when Michael Alexis fired home a low drive from the edge of the penalty area.
But Burton equalised after 15 minutes with a penalty by Shaun Harrad after he was fouled by David Perpetuini.
And City fell behind a minute before half-time when Jacques Maghoma scored from close range.
