ABK Sports inflicted Wroxton Sports’s first defeat of the season with a 2-1 victory in their Banbury District & Lord Jersey FA Premier Division battle.
An own goal and a Justin Barnes strike gave ABK the early advantage, before Clark Miles pulled one back before the break.
Ian Edge scored twice in KEA’s 5-2 win at Hornton.
Sam Donaldson, Lee Blossom and Steve Roberts also netted for KEA, with Alex Short and John Hart replying.
Division 1 leaders Highfield Old Boys ran out 4-0 winners at home to Bishops Itchington Res.
Christian Jones gave Highfield an early lead, but they had to wait until the second half before wrapping up victory with further goals from Allan Clarke, Dan Huntley’s 35-yar drive and John Hall.
Lea White hit a hat-trick, including a penalty, in Glory Farm’s 4-0 home win over Heyford Athletic. Ashley Payne completed the rout with a close-range finish.
In Division 2, Danny Cowley hit a hat-trick as leaders The Swan raced to an 8-0 win at Heyford United Res.
Elvis Pietersen (2), Darren Foster, Ben Hughes and Dale Manley were also on target.
Mike Royal grabbed the winner in Priors United’s 4-3 victory at Abba Athletic.
Sam Jones, Nathan Rhodes and an own goal made up the victors’ tally, with Adam Harper, Matthew Jones and Scott Somerville replying.
