Winger Michael Lyon is set for his first start of the season when Oxford City travel to Chippenham for the Southern League’s Red Insure Cup first-round tie on Tuesday night.
He has been out since breaking a leg in pre-season.
City are without first-choice goalkeeper Richard Knight (thigh injury), so Milan Barisic will be in goal.
Banbury United’s fringe players have a chance to impress as they visit Oxfordshire rivals Didcot Town.
Boss Billy Jeffrey said: “It gives us the opportunity to play a few lads who haven’t been in the side.
“All the lads that were on the bench on Saturday will get a start.”
Abingdon United host Swindon Supermarine, while North Leigh entertain Premier Division high-fliers Brackley Town.
