Bicester collected their first win of the season with a 29-21 first-round success at Corsham who had lost only once previously.
Scrum half Andy Williamson put Corsham ahead with a sixth-minute penalty, but Bicester hit back two minutes later.
A powerful catch-and-drive move ended with prop James Davies being driven over.
Williamson slotted a second penalty and wing Donovan Van Lille raced in for a try, but Corsham could not make the most of their wind advantage.
Bicester captain and No 8 Dan Spencer bagged a pushover try and converted it to put his side 12-11 up at the break.
Spencer’s barnstorming run saw him set up lock Will Clayton for their third try on 61 minutes, Spencer converting.
Bicester won a scrum against the head and a fine moved ended with wing Craig Smith scorching over on the left.
Brilliant support play involving Calyton, Leigh Rushworth, Dan Clifton and hooker Gareth Evans enabled Steve Risbridger to score try No 5.
Full back Tom Chapmen and hooker Wes Newsom managed late tries for Corsham.
Grove also made round two, but had to battle back from 18-0 down to defeat Beaconsfield at Cane Lane.
Lock Callum Wilkinson ran in untouched from 25 yards to score the visitors’ first try on two minutes, Ross Ritchie converting.
Ritchie followed up with two penalties, while Grove hooker Gary Eltham was yellow-carded after a 20-man brawl.
Grove were not allowed to bring on a front-row replacement, so uncontested scrums resulted.
Right wing Josh Rankin bagged Beaconsfield’s second try, while home prop Richard Keen and a visiting flanker were sin-binned in a baffling 18 minutes of stoppage time.
Centre Nick Sevier’s try began the Grove revival, with his brother Roger converting and adding a penalty.
Flanker Guy Nicholl’s super run set up at try for wing Tom Harrington, with Roger Sevier’s converting and slotting another penalty.
Grove replacement wing John Gerring was yellow-carded, but his side kept pressing, with No 8 Ben Nicholl running in their final try - again converted by Roger Sevier.
Chipping Norton and Witney complete Oxon’s quartet in round two after being handed home walkovers by Amersham & Chiltern and Wimborne respectively.
