Wallingford welcome back Henry Venners and Johnny Collett when they host Swanage & Wareham in South West 1 East on Saturday.
Venners will fill the problem No 10 shirt and Collett slots in a centre, with regular scrum half Derek Viljoen facing a fitness test.
Despite losing 52-7 at Cheltenham last week, Wallingford coach Chris Norrington was not too downhearted.
“Pete Holton was the only back to have played in the same match last year,” said Norrington.
“We shipped 40 points against them with our strongest team, so I was quite pleased with last week.
“We slipped up at home last time, so hopefully we’ll have a little more luck this week.”
Charlie Bennett comes in at lock as unbeaten Witney host Newbury Stags in Southern Counties North. Flanker Tim Muller returns on the bench.
Leaders Grove make five changes to their starting XV for the trip to Swindon.
Among those missing from the side that beat Bicester 72-0 are flanker Ben Nicholl and centre Nick Sevier, while player-coach Nathan Brooks returns on the bench.
Prop Sean Cooke (knee) is ruled out of BB&O Premier Division leaders Alchester’s home game against Thatcham, but otherwise they name an unchanged squad.
