Oxford City’s Hannah England will present the awards and hold a question and answer session at the club’s junior presentation evening on Friday, October 23 at Exeter Hall, Kidlington.
The evening will get under way at 7.30pm, and tickets cost £2.50 for adults and £1.50 for children.
- THE sixth annual Andy Reading 10K will take place at the Bicester Sports Association ground in Akeman Street, Chesterton, on Sunday, December 13 (11am).
The race, which is jointly organised by Alchester Running Club and Bicester Athletics Club, is run in memory of former Bicester athlete Andy Reading, who lost a battle with cancer several years ago.
The race’s chosen charity this year is McMillan Cancer Support.
It attracts runners of all abilities and entries are already being accepted.
The limit it 600, which will be reached before the end of November.
In addition to the main race, there are also two children’s fun runs over one and three kilometres.

- ABINGDON Ambler Hilary O’Shea won the vet 60 prize at the ‘Waseley Wobbler’ 8-mile multi-terrain race in Bromsgrove.
O’Shea clocked a time of 1hr 21mins 03secs.
