Oxford Harlequins leapt ahead of local rivals Chinnor in the National 3 South West table after a 34-22 home victory over Maidenhead.
Wing Grant Ricker grabbed a brace of tries as Quins collected their second successive bonus-point victory.
Having led 24-10 at the break, the hosts survived a sloppy spell in the second half to complete the win.
The visitors were 10-0 up inside ten minutes thanks to a penalty, try and coversion from left wing Alex Cannon.
Quins hit back with a 12th-minute try from No 8 Morgan Cross.
From a quick penalty, fly half Mark Forth sent centre Dominic Maley in for try No 2, which Forth converted.
On 29 minutes, full back Andy Noyce set up lock Andy Boyle for his first try in Quins colours.
A strong run saw Ricker go through the heart of the Maidenhead defence and under the posts, Forth converting.
Quins went close several times after the break before Noyce sent Ricker in for his second try.
The hosts then sat back, conceding tries to lock Alex Hankinson and Cannon, who added a conversion.
Quins regained control, with centre Martin Nutt scoring out wide and were denied a final try when Boyle dropped the ball with the line at his mercy.
