Last season’s runners-up, Blue Boar, defeated Littlemore 32-7 in the preliminary round of the Oxfordshire Shield.
Boar will now face Oxford in round one, while holders Abingdon face a tricky preliminary round trip to Alchester.
Oxfordshire Cup holders Oxford Harlequins also have to play a preliminary round tie where they will visit Grove.
The winner will be at home to Henley 2nd, who have re-entered the competition after a four-season absence, in the second round.
