Sixteen professional players will be battle it out for the Hithercroft Open title at Wallingford Sports Park from October 1-4.
Top seed is Mark Krajcsak, from Hungary, who is ranked No 42 in the world.
England are set to be represented by Robbie Temple, Joe Lee, Shaun Le Roux, James Snell and Jamie Haycocks.
Lee, the 2008 under 19 national champion, recently beat top seed Jan Koukal in the qualifying event for the Kuwait World Open.
Frenchman Johan Bouquet is another up and coming player in the line-up, while Namibia, Holland, Pakistan and Sierra Leone are also set to be represented in the international affair.
First played in January 2006, the Hithercroft Open appears to have been a catalyst for a revival of smaller professional squash circuit events in the UK.
Hithercroft chairman Rich-ard Knight said: “This is a fantastic opportunity to see world-class professionals in action.
“In the last three years we have watched some really inventive and inspiring squash.”
Matches will be played from 5.45pm on Thursday, October 1 to Saturday, October 3 with the final from midday on Sunday, October 4.
A limited number of tickets are still available for spectators.
