Section 3 leaders College Oak B made it four wins from six games with a superb 5-4 comeback victory over Black Horse A.
Wins from Kim Percival and Ian Walton saw the visitors take a 2-0 lead.
College Oak levelled through Mike Woodbridge (180) and Shane Paintin.
The Black Horse rallied to lead 4-2 with victories from Paul Hudson and Gerrard Pearce. But a 3-0 pairs win saw College Oak snatch victory.
It leaves them four points ahead of the unbeaten Folly Bridge, who made it six wins in six games with a 5-4 victory against Cricketers.
However, Folly Bridge’s successes have been by much narrower margins.
In their latest encounter, Folly Bridge went 2-0 down as John Bowler and Dave Hopkins gave Cricketers the early advantage.
Folly pulled one back when Lal Smith beat Craig Edgington (180).
Cricketers restored the two-leg lead when Dylan Davies (180) defeated Lee Worrall.
Martin Worrall and Charlie Guinan levelled before a 2-1 pairs success sealed victory.
Cowley Workers Social Club increased their lead at the top of Section 2 with a 7-2 success at Steventon Sports Club.
Lyndon Richards, Bob Freemire and Phil Cook saw Cowley take a 3-0 lead.
Although Ron Norton pulled one back when he beat Mo Oliver, wins from Wayland Honour (180) and Simon Powell put Workers 5-1 ahead before a 2-1 pairs victory sealed the triumph.
Berinsfield Community Centre beat Kidlington Green Social Club 6-3 in Section 6.
The match was all-square after the singles, with Berinsfield’s 3-0 pairs win giving them victory.
Ladies’ Section 1 side Berinsfield pulled off a shock as they beat Premier team Vikings Social Club 6-3.
Wins from Sam Moore and Gemma Dumper gave Berinsfield a 2-0 lead.
Vikings hit back through Pauline Bloomfield, Lynda Slay and Lisa James.
But the home side levelled at 3-3 when Caz Chorley beat Chris Gerkin and Berinsfield wrapped up victory by winning the pairs 3-0.
In Section 2, Grove House Social Club beat Berinsfield Community Centre A 6-3.
Mel Jones gave Berinsfield a 1-0 lead, but the home side hit back through Val Jarvis and Gina Wheeler.
The visitors levelled at 2-2 when Ann Busby beat Hollie Lord.
But wins from Wendy Plowman and Alison Russell gave Berinsfield a 4-2 lead and a 2-1 pairs success wrapped it up.
