Horspath Hammers maintained their push for the South West Division 1 title with a battling 93-86 win over Exeter.
Dave Carmichael led the way for Horspath, who had to use the injured Mike Morgans for Steve Harris, who was in Poland for fellow Hammer Matuesz Szymczak's wedding.
Brothers Lee and Wayne Clarke, who are both Horspath boys and products of the club’s youth policy, showed up well.

Horspath went down 81-67 to Exeter in the South West Conference fixture.
Matt Coulter, Wayne and Lee Clarke were to the fore, but Horspath were hit by Rachel Edge suffering a heavy fall.

Horspath race in round one of the British Junior & Youth League National Finals at Norwich today, before visiting Great Blakenham in the British Team Championship quarter-final tomorrow.
