Mark Oliver equalled Burford’s amateur course record after shooting a 66 at their President’s Day.
Oliver’s score also saw him win the stableford event with 42 points.
Paul Barrow retained North Oxford’s Club Championship by two shots from Michael Tippett after a second-round 69 gave him a total of 141.
Sally Adams, from Studley Wood, won Oxfordshire Ladies’ Silver Spring Meeting at The Springs.
The 14-handicapper took the title on 39 points, pipping Frilford Heath’s Fay Banks on countback.
This was despite despite Banks’s eagle on the 345-yard par-four sixth hole.
Chipping Norton’s Jenny Reynolds was third on 36.
Abi Laker finished 12th in the National Schools Championship at Fulwell.
The Burford member and Oxfordshire schools’ champion shot two four-over-par rounds of 76.
Maggie Edwards’s Captain’s Day at Oxford Ladies featured a 46-point stableford score and a hole-in-one.
Polly Smith claimed the Captain’s Cup with the 46-mark – equiavlent to ten shots below her handicap, while Garham Hoult aced the 15th hole.
Edwards’s chosen charity is Maggie’s Cancer Caring Centre, which has just received the go-ahead for a new building at the Churchill Hospital, Oxford.
Henley-based company Invesco Perpetual has renewed its sponsorship with the Berks, Bucks & Oxon Golf Partnership, which seeks to widen participation in the region.
As part of the deal, Invesco will host the BB&O GolfMark Awards night, which recognises high standards of junior facilities and coaching.
