Oxford Caribbean were blown away by the opening attack of Tauqeer Hussain and Mohammed Sarfraz as East Oxford cruised to a nine-wicket win in OCA League Division 1.
Hussain took 5-18 and Sarfraz 5-22 to skittle Caribbean for 48, before East Oxford eased home inside ten overs.
Les Hole’s fine all-round display helped Freeland beat Westbury by eight wickets.
He took 5-40 as Westbury were all out for 118 and then hit 38 as Freeland reached 119-2.
Harry Smith made 92 in Horley’s 220-8 against Charlbury.
Olly Wright’s 4-40 then helped to restrict Charlbury to 178-9 in reply.
Alex Kill hit 61 to help Shrivenham to a 62-run victory over Tetsworth.
Shrivenham rattled up 224-6, Mark Whale chipping in with 48 and Tetsworth then fell to 162, Imran Khan taking 4-51.
Marcham eased past Great Horwood by seven wickets.
Having restricted Horwood to 150-7, Jim McGeown (86no) steered Marcham to 155-3.
In Division 2, Minster Lovell easily defeated Marsh Gibbon by 102 runs. Ashley Hubbert (67) and Nathan Harris (51) helped Minster to 188-9, despite 5-40 from Steve Turner.
Matt Green (4-30) and Ed Dunn (3-9) then skittled Marsh Gibbon for 86.
Letcombe saw off Fringford by six wickets.
Richard Taylor claimed 6-36 as Fringford were bowled out for 171, before Pat Bryan (67no) and Taylor (47) saw Letcombe home at 172-4.
Cliff Dare took 3-30 and then hit 63 not out in Hook Norton’s eight-wicket win at Wat-lington.
In Division 3, Witney Swifts rattled up a formidable 308-8 to beat Westcott by 87 runs.
Alan Williams (60) and Charlie Fisher (55) led the way, before Westcott were bowled out for 221.
A maiden league half century from Matty Lake was in vain as Eynsham lost by three wickets against Oxenford.
Lake helped Eynsham to 193 all out, Andy Parke taking 5-47.
Oxenford then reached 194-7, Darren Gawley leading the way with 61.
Kings Sutton collected a second successive victory, beating Radley by 54 runs.
Ian Harris hit 79 not out in Kings Sutton’s 176-7, before Zulfiqar Hussain (3-8) and Dan Smith (3-29) combined to bowl Radley out for 122.
Tim Wyatt (85no) and George Redknap (39no) saw Stonesfield to 142-1 and a nine-wicket victory over Clifton Hampden.
Earlier, Clifton had been dismissed for 137, thanks to 4-38 from Sam Hibberd and 4-45 from Sean Holley.
Broughton & North Newington beat West Ilsley by 82 runs.
Neil Mepham top-scored with 70 in Broughton’s 222, before taking 3-14 as West Ilsley fell to 140 in reply.
In Division 4, leaders Brill were shocked by Minster Lovell 2nd, losing a low-scoring game by two wickets.
Jack Simpson was the star for Minster, taking 6-18 as Brill fell to 89 all out, before hitting 30 in Minster’s 92-8.
Tim Knight took 6-34 to help Combe to a six-wicket victory over Deddington.
Knight’s haul saw Deddington dismissed for 101.
Tom Wyatt hit 70 as Uffington beat Charlbury 2nd by 18 runs.
Uffington reached 227-9, Rob Heasman chipping in with 43.
Craig Moss then hit 82 in Charlbury’s reply, but it was not enough as they were restricted to 209-8.
Meanwhile, holders Tetsworth reached the Airey Cup semi-finals with a four-wicket win over Great Horwood.
Rolando Wright took 4-31 as Horwood were bowled out for 137, before Noel Adams (37no) and Rommel Foster (32no) saw Tetsworth home.
East Oxford eased into the last four with a seven-wicket win at Minster Lovell.
Batting first, Minster were bowled out for 113, Mohammed Sarfraz taking 4-9 and Ali Malik 4-35.
East Oxford lost an early wicket, but Tauqeer Hussain tucked into the Minster bowling to smash an unbeaten 98 to see his side home.
Westbury are through after an 11-run victory over Oxford Caribbean.
Michael Loggin (57) and Matthew Smith (39no) steered Westbury to 224-8, before Caribbean were bowled out for 213, Josh Nix taking 4-42.
Caribbean were penalised 12 penalty runs for a slow over rate, which proved the key to Westbury's victory.
Marcham beat Freeland by seven wickets in the other tie.
