Banbury's Lloyd Sabin hit 50 to steer his side to 160-1 against Oxford in the Oxfordshire Under 15 Club Championship.
Jamie Coles (41no) and Josh Hill (38no) were also on form, before Oxford were bowled out for 122.
Ducklington booked their place in the semi-finals with a six-wicket victory at Didcot.
Batting first, Didcot posted 114-7, Connor Morrison hitting 40 and Thomas Costley taking 3-19.
Damon Tolley then hit 45 not out as Ducklington eased home with more than two overs to spare.
Eynsham cruised through with a six-wicket victory at home to Horspath.
Chris Bowles took 3-10 as Horspath were shot out for 68, and Eynsham then eased to 69-4 with more than six overs remaining.
Matt Taylor claimed figures of 3-9 and Max Watling 2 for 14 as Kidlington were restricted to 61-8 against Great & Little Tew.
Tew reached the target without losing a wicket, Curtly Slatter hitting 30 not out and Taylor 28 not out.
The semi-finals will see Ducklington take on Banbury and Eynsham host Great & Little Tew on Monday.
The final is scheduled to be played at Tiddington on Friday, July 3, starting at 6pm.
