Dave Kuester landed the gold medal in the Weights Pentathlon at the British Masters Championships in Milton Keynes.
Kuester, of Bicester and Oxford City, set a personal best of 3,683 points in the 65-69 age group.
He won the hammer (32.62m), shot (10.73) and javelin (34.98), and was second in the discus (31.56) and heavy hammer (12.56).
